1. Order Process

1.1 Placing an Order

Orders can be placed through our website by selecting products, providing delivery details, and completing payment.

An order is considered confirmed only after:

  • Successful payment processing, and
  • Receipt of an order confirmation message (via email or SMS, if applicable).

Laziz Marza reserves the right to decline or cancel an order if:

  • A product is unavailable
  • Payment cannot be verified
  • Delivery details are incomplete or incorrect
  • The order violates our policies

2. Product Availability

All items displayed on the website are subject to availability.
Because many of our products are freshly prepared or handcrafted:

  • Designs may slightly vary from product images.
  • Substitutions of equal value may be made if certain decorative elements or packaging are unavailable.
  • Seasonal products may be discontinued without prior notice.

3. Customized & Personalized Orders

Customized cakes, chocolate arrangements, event trays, and personalized gift items require accurate details from the customer at the time of order.

Once a customized or made-to-order product has been:

  • Confirmed, and
  • Entered into production,

it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

Customers are responsible for reviewing spelling, dates, messages, and design instructions before final confirmation.

4. Order Modifications

Requests to modify an order (such as changing delivery time, message text, or product details) must be made as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee changes once preparation has started or the order has been dispatched.

5. Delivery Policy

5.1 Delivery Area

We provide delivery services within Qatar, subject to service availability in specific locations.

5.2 Delivery Timing

Customers may select preferred delivery slots where available. However:

  • Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
  • Delays may occur due to traffic, weather conditions, high demand, or unforeseen operational issues.
5.3 Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Recipient unavailable
  • Invalid contact information

Additional delivery charges may apply for re-attempts.

6. Order Cancellation

6.1 Standard Items

Orders for non-customized items may be canceled within a limited time frame before preparation begins. Cancellation requests must be submitted promptly after placing the order.

6.2 Customized or Perishable Items

Due to the perishable nature of food products:

  • Customized cakes
  • Made-to-order sweets
  • Personalized gift arrangements

cannot be canceled once confirmed and production has started.

7. Return Policy

Because we sell perishable food items, returns are generally not accepted.

However, we may review return or refund requests in the following cases:

  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The product was damaged during delivery
  • The item is significantly different from what was ordered

Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and supported by clear photographic evidence.

Products must not be significantly consumed or altered when submitting a complaint.

8. Refund Policy

Refunds may be approved only after internal review and verification.

If a refund is granted:

  • Any approved refund will be credited back to the same payment option used when placing the order.

  • The time required for the refund to appear may vary depending on the processing procedures of the respective payment provider.

 

Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Laziz Marza.

9. Quality & Storage Responsibility

Once products are delivered and accepted:

  • Responsibility for proper storage lies with the customer.
  • Laziz Marza is not liable for damage caused by improper handling, temperature exposure, or delayed consumption.

10. Allergies & Ingredient Awareness

Customers with allergies must contact us before placing an order.
Our kitchen may handle ingredients such as nuts, dairy, gluten, and eggs. We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

11. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to fulfill orders due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Public emergencies
  • Transportation disruptions

This Agreement shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar, and any disputes arising from it shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts of Qatar.

Laziz Marza reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on the website.
