1. General Refund Conditions

Because we sell food and made-to-order products, refunds are limited and subject to review.

A refund may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • The wrong item was delivered
  • The product was damaged during delivery
  • The item received is substantially different from the confirmed order
  • The order was paid for but not delivered due to an internal error

All refund requests are subject to verification.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund:

  • Customized cakes and personalized products once confirmed
  • Made-to-order sweets or special event trays
  • Products that have been partially or fully consumed
  • Orders where incorrect delivery information was provided by the customer
  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery

Once preparation has started, cancellation and refund requests will not be accepted.

3. Reporting an Issue

If you experience a problem with your order, you must:

  1. Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
  2. Provide your order number
  3. Submit clear photographic evidence (if applicable)

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in the request being declined.

4. Refund Review Process

Once a complaint is received:

  1. Our team will review the request.
  2. We may contact you for additional details.
  3. A decision will be communicated within a reasonable timeframe.

Laziz Marza reserves the right to approve or decline refund requests based on the findings.

5. Refund Method

If a refund is approved:

  • The amount will be returned using the same payment method used for the purchase.
  • The processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the issue occurred due to our error.

6. Order Cancellations

Standard Products

Cancellation requests may be accepted if made before preparation begins.

Customized or Perishable Products

Orders for customized cakes, personalized gifts, and freshly prepared sweets cannot be canceled once production has started.

7. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or inability to deliver orders due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, government restrictions, or transportation disruptions.
