Because we sell food and made-to-order products, refunds are limited and subject to review.<\/span><\/p>

A refund may be considered only under the following circumstances:<\/span><\/p>

  • The product was damaged during delivery<\/span><\/li>
  • The item received is substantially different from the confirmed order<\/span><\/li>

    • Orders where incorrect delivery information was provided by the customer<\/span><\/li>
    • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
